additionally, a bunch of specs were failing, eg create_audio_spec, create_document_spec etc. on the line
check('agreement', visible: false) as this checkbox is no longer present, see #3021,
am removing the line completely from the create_* tests

Save button was deemed not clickable on circleci; I'm guessing that the save button was getting covered by a remove link from the description form; selecting the relationships tab just before doing the save probably fixed if so.
Locally, rspec does not know that we're not using the agreement checkbox, so checking it if it is visible, otherwise the save button is not clickable.
