Основные изменения

B18 теперь шпрэхает по-русски. Озвучка как и прошлая, взята из Half-Life 2.
Плюсом, костюм теперь будет оповещать о внутреннем кровотечении.
Ещё мини-мини-плюсик, если ломается рука или нога, то тётька будет говорить "Обнаружен незначительный перелом", когда при переломе жопы, груди или черепа будет оповещать о тяжёлом переломе, типа осторожно, органы.

Как это улучшит игру

Кому как, но лично мне будет проще узнавать что у человека ИБ. Остальное неважно.

Там ещё от нефиг делать, поменял неиспользованные файлы.
Ну так, на будущее, если кому понадобится.
