Extending tvstreamrecord support.

Program to record will now be highlighted, marked with tvstreamrecord color and icon and shown in tree view. Records can be canceled again directly from TV-Browser. tvstreamrecord >= 1.3.3 required.

• Events to be recorded are marked with icon/color and shown in tree view
• Marking is persistent and restored (and refreshed) on every start
• Error message if a channel could not be mapped / found
• Error message if tvstreamrecord is not responding

Highlight events upon clicking on Capture with tvstreamrecord.

Drawbacks:

• Highlighting removed on TVBrowser restart
• No feedback from tvstreamrecord (Highlighting even if a record fails or finds no channel; Highlighting not removed if a record is deleted in TSR)
