Description
This works around #980 by (temporarily) disabling CI builds and daily benchmark runs for the V solutions, as submitted by @marghidanu and @GordonBGood.
I will merge this sometime after 09:00 CEST on October 21st 2024, unless an actual solution for #980 has been submitted by that time. The reason is that two other PRs are now blocked by the CI failures described in said issue.
