Description
Cython migration from version 0.29 to 3.0 requires users to explicitly specify no exception check for function. Previously, it was added implicitly. Doing exception check will acquire GIL and create overhead leading to slower performance for certain functions. This fix is to add
noexcept
keyword where it's needed.Related Issues
