feat: add adopters page and update README instructions Introduce a new adopters page to showcase organizations using HAMi. Update the README to reflect the new path for the adopters list and provide clearer instructions for adding organizations. ``` The changes include the creation of a new `adopters.mdx` page that lists organizations using HAMi, and updates to the README to direct users to the correct file path for adding their organization.
