I'm going to merge this because it fixes some complex X86* and tvOS target and XL target issues. I'll rebase the other PRs and deal with any issues after with SwiftUI if they exists. I did quick testing, if there are bugs it's easy to disable or revert them. I don't usually do this but I'm pressed for time. |

In Swift UI, a basic pinch will snap to different zoom sizes based on orientation.
