fixing double bait consumption bug
setting lobster speed to 2
removing damage scaling cap for incoming damage to player
set king crab vision distance to 10 (same as most enemies), but will increase to 50 once it sees player
buffed harpoon by adding a stun effect to hook (stun should last (time to pull back + .5 seconds))
