问题描述

使用Telegram Bot渠道推送群消息时报出（ValueError: dictionary update sequence element #0 has length 1; 2 is required）错误信息，这会导致所有的群消息不会通过Telegram Bot渠道推送

修复方法

4683145 修复“TG_GroupLink”中存在字典转换问题 (@chase535 )
