Here I add RGA support to RK3326 and RK3566.
I don't have RK3399 or RK3588, so I don't add RGA for them.
I used dts nodes from radxa kernel, and that should work for other socs too:

retrorunlibretro frontend. It needs kmsdrm, so isn't compatible with wayland, but maybe someone can port video output to wayland or SDL.With sway stopped, retrorun works (set
DEVICE_NAME=RG503var, otherwise it segfaults)
