A unit test would be nice |
Agreed. The only issue is that I'm not using MS windows, so I don't have an easy way to get a test blob. I will try to find a workaround and add a test. |

As there is no official structure, I based the DPAPI blob structure from here and this report which I believe is a product of this article. Additionally, the following repositories corroborated this: mimikatz and dpapilab.
