WIP: add 2nd half of flowchart

this is definitely not ready to merge but I'm starting a PR so we can possibly discuss a bit before the next meeting

@fcooper8472 @bielsnohr I tried to reproduce the flowchart
(here #25 (comment))

with the Mermaid subgraph command

but it just fails silently 😞

I can keep fighting with it but I really wonder if having this all in one graph might be too overwhelming

like you said last meeting @fcooper8472 we want to "strike balance b/t "look easy enough that ppl might do it" v "have enough info that it's useful""

I wonder if we could have just a high level graph and then link to sub-graphs somehow?

Feel like we should discuss next meeting -- I put it in the agenda

Also maybe we should think about whether we really want to have the option of "400 lines or less"
