Data and scripts for PMB release 3.0.0

Since PMB release 4.0.0 is coming up, we release all the scripts for 3.0.0 so it's easy to revert the repo to this version (if wanted). There are small differences in the DRS representations and Referee for 4.0.0.

Data and scripts for PMB release 2.2.0

Evaluation scripts (+ data) for PMB release 2.2.0. We will update this repository soon for an upcoming PMB 3.0.0 release, which will have a different referee.
