AquaCropPlotter standalone app

AquaCropPlotter standalone app installer for Windows
In general, use AquaCropPlotter_installer.exe to install the app first. This should work in most cases.
For some computers with incompatible connection that prevent the app from starting, uninstall and try installing the app with AquaCropPlotter_installer_alternative_port.exe
