Make fuzzy diff matching configurable (and default to off)

Add configurable fuzzy diff matching feature with default off, including UI and state management updates.

• Behavior:
  • Adds fuzzyMatchThreshold to Cline in Cline.ts, defaulting to 1.0 for exact matching.
  • Updates getDiffStrategy() in DiffStrategy.ts to use fuzzyMatchThreshold.
  • Modifies applyDiff() in search-replace.ts to incorporate fuzzyThreshold.
• UI:
  • Adds a slider for fuzzy matching in SettingsView.tsx.
  • Sends fuzzyMatchThreshold changes to backend via WebviewMessage.
• State Management:
  • Manages fuzzyMatchThreshold state in ExtensionStateContext.tsx.
  • Updates ClineProvider.ts to handle fuzzyMatchThreshold in state and initialization.
• Tests:
  • Updates Cline.test.ts to test new constructor parameters and behavior.
