With the default parameter, PyClone can only use shared mutations between samples. How can i use private mutations of each sample in pyclone?

Did you solve this?

I wonder if we can add the mutation that is absent in one sample with var_counts = 0 and minor_cn = 0. Would be great to get the clarification for this. @aroth85 ?
