This is an attempt to better explain how to contact owners of a personal or group account, migrated from www's contact page. Of note is that we often see mail addressed to
cuxs-webmaster, i.e. the literal example address on the page, so we're trying to stress that the address given is an example and the visitor needs to substitute the account name in.Pairs with SRCF/srcf-web#50.
