1. What triggered this change? (PBI link, Email Subject, conversation + reason, etc)

I found this rule is important, but out of date.
It is nice to keep the screenshot up to date and include the correct path to find the option by now.
Uly also agreed with it.
As per email: Update SSW Rule - Group emails by conversation.

3. Update the steps to set up the option
