Understanding transportation mode from GPS (Global Positioning System) traces is an essential topic in the data mobility domain. In this project, a framework is proposed to predict transportation modes.

3.) Trajectory features extraction

4.) Hierarchical classification

5.) Classification Algorithm Validation
