How to use:

1. Install WAMP server http://www.wampserver.com/en/
2. Configure Firewall and server if necessary. Set the root id/password for mysql ("root", "" - in this case)
3. Open myPHPAdmin from wamp, create database "techseminar". Then import the file techseminar.sql into myPHPAdmin
4. Run index.php
