[6.13.z] fix in pull mode longrun test

Problem Statement

In the past I have created this test as a spin-off from a larger test, but I didn't include all necessary setup parts for pull-mode to work. I humbly post this fix

Note that currently there's a reported bug preventing pull mode rex from working on rhel9 backend but the next snap should carry th fix
