Add on a basic lab feature where one can:
(1) Define lab panels and the measurements within each panel. Measurements can have a continuous value or a discrete value
(2) Define discrete value options for each discrete measurement (e.g. Pos, Neg, Trace)
(3) Create a lab for any patient and fill in the measurements
(4) View all labs for any patients and click on the hyperlink for details
Still need to work on:
(1) Button on patient's info page to enter labs (right now labs are only accessible through url)
(2) Reference ranges and warnings for abnormal values
(3) Visualization
(4) Tests
