Update wsl-ssh-pageant to the latest release. #3885

The latest version of wsl-ssh-pageant includes a --force command to delete any stale sockets (ie. leftover from before a system restart). This allows it to be run at system startup and come back up as normal.

Note: I had to drop the 32-bit wsl-ssh-pageant gui version as Windows Defender complained of malware when I downloaded it and I didn't feel comfortable including it in the packaging. I've opened a ticket with the repo owner benpye/wsl-ssh-pageant#38 and will update the package again when he resolves the issue.

…have been addressed

Windows Defender updated last night to trigger on both of the 32-bit binaries. I've removed them from here out of an abundance of caution until they are resolved. The author believes they are false positives and is addressing the reports now.
