Fixes errors like this in tests and docker builds
Note: some of the "Upgrade Downgrade" tests are still failing because we're not following Vitess' expected branch naming convention (
release-*) and they're trying to build the wrong "previous release" with an incompatible version of Go. We can address that separately.
