tweak: IPC parts are colorable by using markings.
rscadd: IPCs have some head accessories as hair.
rscadd: IPCs using heads with screens can display text on the screen.

Added head accessories for IPCs. Anthens, Crown, and etc.
Added ability to change IPC monitor screen image if you have one, and display text on it. So you don't need to wear another IPC monitor over your head.
Added possibility to paint IPC. It works throug body markings. Differents parts of body, can have different colors.
