Noticed Ceti had three distinct cultures despite most of our planets not being represented at all, so decided to fix that.
Split Terran into two cultures, merged spacer into one and added an 'offworlder' culture for frontier dwellers, added unique cultures for fosters world, pirx, tadmor, iolaus, brahe, and eos.
