I added the relevant changes only, trying to avoid replicating what is done with the release drafter in https://github.com/Skyscanner/cfripper/releases to continue with what's been done so far in the Changelog. I will either keep the format and purpose as it is or deprecate completely and rely on the release drafter, wdyt?
