  1. Try to split packages on a Turtlebot and delegate some nodes to the laptop.
  2. Perform experiments for evaluation of the impact of this approach on the performance.

For now all mapping and navigation moved to the PC side. Only velocity watchdog left on a robot side.
Therefore the current goal of this issue is to understand what computing can be effectively delegated onboard the robot.
