Update for more overlay menus
overlay a couple overlay menu css changes

Thanks for your PR! But some things don't look the way I would do them, and since I've already thought about the overlay, the PR wouldn't make sense since I'm “maybe” planning something like a rework of the overlay. Therefore I will not merge the PR for the time being but wait and see if I do such a rework. |

adds theme support for the clock, overview, and screenshots popup in the overlay
also adds a titlebar background for the overlay browsers including guides, discussions, DLC, and web browser everything is linked to the background and accent colors in the theme settings
