There's a new version of pycirclize!

According to the release notes there's a track.annotate() method.

I copied the files from 1.7.2 and updated the version ARG. I also removed the -vv flag from the pip install layer.

The full diff:

$ diff build-files/pycirclize/1.7.2/Dockerfile build-files/pycirclize/1.9.0/Dockerfile
3c3
< ARG PYCIRCLIZE_VER="1.7.2"
---
> ARG PYCIRCLIZE_VER="1.9.0"
20c20
< RUN pip install --no-cache pycirclize==${PYCIRCLIZE_VER} -vv
---
> RUN pip install --no-cache pycirclize==${PYCIRCLIZE_VER}
