Bump MoonDeck to 1.8.1

• Added an optional popup confirmation prompt dialog, to confirm that you REALLY (for realz) want to start the stream.
• Removed the WOL broadcast address for IPv6.
• Added an option to configure Steam Input state for external controllers.
