Claws v1.12.0 for Beat Saber v1.35+

Major changes in this release, but there's only one that affects gameplay:

Controller offsets are no longer automatically applied.

For now, you will need to create your own controller offsets, as this functionality was broken with the Beat Saber Unity upgrade. It will be back, but for now use the in-game offset preferences please!
