Update project dependencies

I encountered the same issue as #100 . To resolve, I've updated the dependencies to get the project to build and run outside of the docker container with jdk-17.0.2 and sbt 1.7.2.

Thank you for your proposal updating our implementation. However, we cannot accept pull requests at this time from outside our normal Systems Modeling Community development process. We will take identified issues into consideration for future development, as time and resources permit.
