A few tweaks to how transcore works, mainly changing it to use signals instead of while loops for better performance, and allowing it to fire more regularly for better MC tab stat tracking.
Also changes how NIFs save, as with the previous method, it caused everyone with a backup implant to save their preferences file every 3 minutes.
TO DO:
-adapt nif loading and character sheet display to the new save method
