Moodl v0.0.6 - Exchange synchronization improvement and new UIs

Overview

This version makes the overall UI smoother, especially Settings and RecordTransaction UIs.
The application now supports multiple accounts per exchange.
You can now add a lot of details to your transaction history (Buy, Sell and Transfer).
It's now possible to backup and restore everything in the app, manual entries, watchlist and API keys

• An indicator appears when an exchange account is disabled for some reason
