File upload UI h5 compression support

• Previously, the AnnData upload component did not support compressed files, which caused errors. This has been addressed, and the component now allows uploading compressed AnnData files in gzip and szip formats, as supported by the h5wasm library
• Improved the ErrorDisplay component by enhancing its legibility and user experience in dark mode. During this update, I added standardized error color entries for both light and dark modes in the chart.css file, ensuring consistent styling for error interfaces across the application
• Applied the correct biome formatting to the h5Processing script and ErrorDisplay component to maintain consistency across the project
