got the resourcepack file size from 2.65MB to 2.32MB
the biggest sound files are the part1/part2 (attack phase) music, but these sound terrible/actively painful when compressed even a little bit more than they already are.
tried to alleviate this problem by decreasing sound/file size in other places where possible
