Welcome to Turku BioImaging! We are a multidisciplinary scientific organization, dedicated to promoting cutting-edge research in bioimaging. This GitHub organization is for our Image Data Services, where we provide image processing and analysis services to academics and industry partners.

Image Data Services

Turku BioImaging is a broad, interdisciplinary science community in Turku, Finland. We aim to promote research and education in bioimaging and provide the tools necessary for understanding complex biological systems.

We provide image analysis tools and services, built upon the established resources of Euro-Bioimaging Finland, tailored to meet the needs of industry users. If your company requires robust image analysis for research, quality control, or product development, we offer a range of solutions, from custom scripts to consultation on existing pipelines. We aim to deliver practical, efficient, and reliable analysis, helping you extract valuable information from your visual data.
