Made some final edits: - adjusted the summary to highlight that other schemes are also implementable in rmcmc as well as Barker - also emphasised flexibility of adaptation more in summary - Removed 'Gaussian' from RWM since we might add other choices of noise later - In 'Related Software' emphasised that Stan only has one adaptation mechanism and rmcmc has more - make some other minor stylistic adjustments
