This is the script that has been used for several years to count the votes for the general members of the committee. IIRC, there's a copy somewhere in the committee files, but it should probably be public for transparency reasons. The sample data is from the Wikipedia STV page, however, there are slight differences in the methods, namely the script uses a decimal quota while Wikipedia uses an integer quota, and the script eliminates multiple candidates on a tie, while Wikipedia uses a tiebreak. Regardless, both the script and Wikipedia generate the same result for the sample data.
