A branch to address #24, to build a running updated version of the role.


          just apt basic install and ui custom: runs

Apparently, configuration of jitsi-meet apt packages has considerably evolved, and does a lot of things that the role previously did.

With commit 3a591f4, we start from a running code version, that avoids all previous configurations, except user interface customization.

Let's try to re-code and bring back all previous benefits of the role to this lightened code.
