Description
Removes building the 32-bit GUI.
32bit as an arch is basically deprecated as more and more programs stopped supporting it. The last time we had a help request because of it was a year ago, but we also aren't exposing it to people so they don't even know it exists. The support from us was also telling people to either build 32bit themselves or install a 64bit OS. Also we would get slightly less messages in #github-updates .
In other words, I see nothing lost of removing this.
