[reorder_audio_streams_by_language] v1.1.11 add radarr/sonarr support

Adds support for using radarr/sonarr to set the "original language" as the default audio track.

Couldn't see a plugin.reorder_audio_streams_by_language repo, so just added the PR here. Let me know if you want me to move this.

Do you think it would be cool to do something similar with video resolution in the transcode videos plugin? Basically have the plugin check radarr or sonarr for the desired resolution somehow and apply that to the current videos if they are higher? I'm just thinking that if you have a show in sonarr that you would like to "archive" to a lower format (eg. 1080p to 720p) you can setup an quality profile for that. Then when you do that to a series, Unmanic can check that during its scan and see that the show should be transcoded to the lower resolution for archiving. Just a thought.
