Update About Us Page to Show Vice Chairs

Contribution:

About folder, and Exec Profile Folder both updated and modified by me. Implemented all OC and VC profiles, and ensure the same template can be used for other frosh subdivisions. Also fixed landing page error with background image.

Issue #765 : Update the About Us Page.

• Shows vice chairs
• Can interact for more information
• Displays all members dynamically

Expected Behavior:

• Information should dynamically change across devices
• Information should be interactable with both cursor and touch
• About us page structure should be consistent if more teams were to be added

Testing Steps:

Complications:

• Could not change layout as I would have to restrucre entire code (including tabs layout)
• Could not implement the enchanted theme due to time constraints
