Lsyncd-ui first version

First version of lsyncd-ui
This is the program which simply generates config file for lsyncd. Now it's more easy and faster to use lsyncd, no need to spend time repeating same code for the config.
Here is how the program looks like:

In this version Tree mode is not complete, but List is working.
