First run paxcounter_readserial.py
like this on Mac:
python paxcounter_readserial.py /dev/tty.SLAB_USBtoUART
Or on Raspberry Pi / other linux:
python paxcounter_readserial.py /dev/ttyUSB0
Command writes lines like this to a file called paxlog-%Y%m%d

After running this a while, create web visualisation from the data:
python paxlog2vis.py paxlog-20180515.txt
Then run
python -m SimpleHTTPServer 5000
and open http://127.0.0.1:5000 in your browser.
