reflects search value from URL in table search

This pull request includes changes to the search functionality in the client/src directory. The main updates involve adding a defaultValue prop to the Search component and ensuring that this value is properly utilized in the SearchProjectsTable component.

Changes to Search component:

• client/src/components/ui/search.tsx: Added a defaultValue prop to the Search component and updated the useState hook to initialize the state with defaultValue instead of an empty string.

Changes to SearchProjectsTable component:

• client/src/containers/overview/table/toolbar/search/index.tsx: Updated the SearchProjectsTable component to retrieve the keyword from useGlobalFilters and pass it as the defaultValue to the Search component. [1] [2]
