This PR refactors the delete functionality in the
ActionsDropdowncomponent to support the deletion of multiple projects at once. Key changes include:deleteCustomProjectfunction todeleteCustomProjects, allowing it to accept an array of IDs.handleDeletefunction to collect selected project IDs and call the updated deletion function.
