Voog clientbase app for Freshdesk

A simple Freshdesk app that displays information about ticket requester for Voog Clientbase.

Installation parameters

When installing the application, you need to specify some installation parameters for it to work:

1. cb_url - Clientbase URL for making requests. E.g. http://clientbase.voog.in
2. email - E-mail address of the Clientbase account that the requests are made with. The account needs to have ApiSupport role.
3. password - Password of the Clientbase account
