Description

Updates CI and justfile to match other repos:

  • CI and justfile to test all targets, reject all warnings
    • Fix use of deprecated method
    • Fix broken docs test
  • Add devloop script
  • fmt auto-formats

Not tested

  • Requires a documentation update
  • Requires a e2e/integration test update
